Terms and condition
1. The plant which the company is giving you under the housing scheme is all in Jewar, Tappal (U.P.).
2. All draws will be conducted by the office officials in the office. Which will be acceptable to you.
3. After the draw, you will receive the plot number and allotment letter within 7 days.
4. The person registering for Apna Ghar Housing Scheme must be a citizen of India.
5. The applicant must have any one certificate of being a citizen of India.
6. People from all sections can apply under Apna Ghar Housing Scheme.
7. Applicant cannot file more than 3 applications. Scan to pay.
8. You will have to deposit the installment in the company’s office between 1st to 10th of every month.
9. If you want the facility of taking installment from the company, then you will have to pay Rs. 100/- separately every month.
10. While paying the installment, you must check the identity card of the installment taker and get the receipt from the company.
11. Please keep the installment receipt safely.
12. The site will be shown only to those persons who win the lucky draw.
13. After seeing the site, if you do not like the plot then your plot will be given to the next applicant.
14. After completion of the installment, the company will get the permanent registry done in your name. The cost of which will have to be borne by the applicant.
